Refund policy


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs

🎁 Holiday Season Policy

Due to the nature of seasonal holiday products, all sales are final once the order is confirmed.

These items are limited edition and prepared specifically for the season, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions will only be made in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • An incorrect item was shipped

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the product and original packaging.

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution (replacement or partial refund).
